We stand behind every product we sell. The warranty will depend on the product and the manufacturer. Most all our electronics will have a 1 year warranty minimum, while some showers and jacuzzi's will have a full 10 year warranty. Please be sure to contact us if any questions about the warranty. We do allow returns within 14 days of arrival, provided the item is still new. If an item is opened or used, there is a 20% restocking fee, and all shipping costs are non refundable. We do not cover the original or return shipping cost if an item is returned for a refund. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we will cover the replacement shipping cost. We guarantee that all items will arrive safe. Thank you.
