We guarantee 100% that your item will arrive safe. The carriers allow us 30 days to file a damage claim. Please let us know within 30 days of receiving your item if any damages are found, and we'll replace this part / item for you. We also have them fully insured against loss. Please be sure to retain any packing materials in the event an item is needed to be returned.
If for any reason your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it free of charge, or send any part needed. We do offer a 14 day right of return, if for any reason you are not satisfied with this product. For returns sent back for a refund, we do charge a restocking fee, which will depend on the condition of the item. Generally it will be 20%. Actual shipping costs are also non refundable. In the event we offer "Free Shipping" it means the actual shipping cost is factored into the overall sales price of the item. Please contact us to find out exactly how much the shipping cost is, in many cases its about $1 per pound. *We do NOT pay return shipping costs if an item is returned to us, but if damaged in transit, we will replace it FREE of charge for the customer. We have all products available for testing in our San Diego area facility, in case any customer would like to try a product before they purchase. Simply contact us to setup an appointment to view any product we sell. **ANY RETURNS MUST BE COMPLETE, WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS, AND SHIPPED BACK IN THE SAME METHOD. (SUCH AS FREGHT, UPS, ETC) SOME ITEMS ARE TOO FRAGILE TO SHIP USING CERTAIN CARRIERS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED DUE TO RETURN SHIPPING. SymbolicSpas, Inc is not liable for any incidentals or labor costs. For example we do not cover labor to bring a product from the driveway to the backyard, or vice versa. In the event that we do need to replace a product, we do not cover the assembly / disassembly of this product. Most of the large items we ship are shipped "LTL" Freight Curbside Delivery (with liftgate). Carriers will call prior to delivery to schedule, but will not be able to bring to the backyard, or do any unpacking / assembly. We do our best to immediately provide a freight tracking # on your order, so you can know when it will arrive. Also we do call prior to shipping LTL freight orders to go over delivery times and details. We want to ensure the delivery process is an transparent as possible. If you have any questions on delivery, or any requirements, please ask. Some carriers do offer "White Glove" delivery at an additional charge. Thank you!
